The theme of Data Protection is a fundamental element today for companies, the upcoming deadline of May 25 is mandatory. T.net Italia SpA participated in the GDPR Office Automation Special promoted by Soiel International to describe its approach and offer. The theme is complex and the new Regulation makes substantial changes and brings new reference figures, such as the DPO. Article 37 of the European Privacy Regulation introduced, for the first time, the obligation for the Data Controllers and for the Data Processors to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Alongside the changes introduced in terms of the Data Protection Governance approach, it is also essential to correctly deal with the technological aspects, to make correct choices in order to ensure compliance with the regulations, but above all to adhere adequately to the real operational needs of the Business.
