Tnet specialized in the Networking, Cloud and Cyber ​​Security sector is looking for a Junior figure to be included within the PreSale department. The resource will take part in a Talent Acquisition path and will be supported and trained, gradually acquiring increasing autonomy, in the budgeting activities in support of the commercial area. In detail, the resource will be involved in the analysis of requests for offers, time study and definition, cost investigation and preparation of the technical proposal.

 


Role

 

  • Scouting on new technologies;
  • Pre-sales activities for technological projects and the search for new solutions / products;
  • Scouting of market solutions and relative choice;
  • Engineering of the offer, creation of price lists and internal training;
  • Presale on complex and strategic projects;
  • Expansion of the offer with new solutions;
  • Continuous comparison and sharing of the project results with the Sales Director and the Delivery Manager and Chief Operating Officer;
  • Management of relationships with suppliers to choose and analyze the most innovative technologies on the market;
  • Support to the presale area and comparison with the Sales and Technology area for the Networking, Security and Cloud areas.


The successful candidate

 

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

 

  • Degree in scientific subjects;
  • Has gained significant experience in the sector with direct responsibility for projects, customers and resources;
  • Has a natural predisposition to create and manage relationships and a solid commercial sensitivity;
  • Solid knowledge of the ICT world and of the solutions available on the market;
  • Established habit of achieving objectives and managing the related budget;
  • Natural predisposition to leadership and consolidated experience in managing a team;
  • Fluency in English.

The resource will be in charge of the following tasks:

 

  • Complete configuration and management of Microsoft & Linux Server operating systems;
  • Management and monitoring of productivity, antivirus, backup and deduplication software licenses and the Private Cloud infrastructure;
  • Evolutionary maintenance of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity procedures according to ISO27001;
  • Internal helpdesk and desktop maintenance (about 30 workstations);
  • Virtualization configuration and management on VMWARE platforms (vCloud Director and vSphere 7), VEEAM, Acronis;
  • Zimbra mail server management;
  • Management of the LAN / WLAN network, Firewall and connectivity lines;
  • Management of documentation relating to the status of client / server configurations and parameterizations, compared to ISO9001 ISO27001 standards;
  • Technical-management reporting and constant communication with the technical team.

 

The person sought will also be responsible for managing the projects for the general modernization of the infrastructure and replacement of IT resources, coordinating with the management and the offices involved.

 

The successful candidate

 

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

 

  • Degree or Diploma in IT or similar disciplines;
  • Consolidated experience in the role;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft & Linux systems;
  • Preferential qualification for knowledge of the Zimbra platform;
  • Knowledge of the following languages: Python, PHP, JS;
  • Predisposition to carry out business trips within and outside the national territory;

The rapid development of the information technology market and the increasingly massive use of it in every sector, has led to the birth of professionals of all levels, whose skills revolve around the world of computers for which high-level computer training, which can also be obtained, but not only, with a computer engineering degree. Among these figures, one of the most delicate and requested is that of the IT forensic expert: a real guarantor of the rights of the rules governing the IT world.

The IT forensic expert is a highly specialized professional figure, who masters the legislation that regulates the world of computers and the Internet and is therefore able to identify any scams and tampering and to reconstruct the telematic paths that led to them.

IT security

IT security is the protection of information and data contained in IT systems. Its importance is essential for companies, organizations, public administrations but also for individual users.
Despite the increasingly sophisticated data protection tools, in fact, often skilled connoisseurs of the secrets of the network manage to get hold of information.

Hackers are generally sophisticated computer scientists, perfectly capable of entering a system both internally and externally, to steal and perhaps resell personal data and sensitive information. Among the most serious sabotages that hackers carry out is that of manipulating or even deleting the data they come into possession of.

Skills required

The delicacy of the role and the complexity of the subject he deals with require the IT forensic expert to have very high skills in both the IT and legal fields.
In the technological sphere, he must have the skills of a hardware technician, system analyst, security administrator and security auditor. Basically, the mastery of the most common operating systems, of the IT architectures and of the protocols that regulate the passage of data is required.

He must also be able to encrypt and decrypt data and know, if possible better than hackers, the possibilities and subterfuges that the network physiologically makes available.

Among his main tasks are: identifying, copying and making legible, storing and authenticating the evidence he collects on cybercrime.
Another task performed by the IT forensic expert is to support the company on a daily basis in safeguarding the IT systems it uses.

The IT forensic expert is also required to have an in-depth knowledge of the legislation governing the subject of cybercrime, starting with law 547/93. As regards the processing of personal data, however, the basic text to be known is the law 675/96 on privacy and all subsequent amendments and additions.
As for basic knowledge, the IT forensic expert must have a good general knowledge and master the English language, which is the access code to all IT professions.

At the level of personal characteristics, the IT forensic expert must have skills in collecting and cataloging data; the ability to analyze and dissect them; the tenacity and the will to follow the paths identified. He must also be able to express himself with competence and property of language in the forensic field. He is also required to know how to make the steps related to data traffic understandable to third parties, not necessarily informed on the subject.

In order not to lose skills in this continuously evolving sector, it is essential that the IT forensic expert has the will to continuously update himself and to get professional information on all the news in the sector. Hackers are usually very competent figures and it is necessary to overcome their preparation and updating in order to usefully combat the methods of intrusion and tampering they implement.

The training of the IT forensic expert

The IT forensic expert must have a degree in computer science, which can be computer science, computer engineering or the like and follow in-depth courses in computer law or computer forensics.
Usually, those who intend to pursue these professions attend study courses in the United States or in northern European countries, where these subjects are well known and widespread.

The figure of the IT forensic expert is somewhat similar to that of the coroner: highly specialized professionals who put their knowledge at the service of justice.
